Northumberland Substance and Alcohol Team (SaAT) is seeking a passionate and motivated Social Worker (Band 8) to join our dynamic team and help deliver high-quality services across the Northumberland area.Conducting joint assessments with partner agencies
Undertaking Care Act assessments
- Identifying and implementing appropriate interventions
- Responding to crisis situations
- Supporting individuals to improve outcomes, including consideration of residential rehabilitation where appropriate
