Job Information
- Supporting families to navigate admissions, exclusions, EHCP processes, and school transitions.
- Representing parents at panels, reviews and hearings.
- Working collaboratively with schools and multi‑agency professionals.
- Supporting vulnerable, new‑arrival and emergency admissions.
- Ensuring accurate record‑keeping and safeguarding compliance.
- Knowledge of SEND processes, school admissions and safeguarding.
- Experience working with children, young people, and families.
- Strong communication, advocacy and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload, and build positive relationships.
