Senior Resource Worker Northumberland Home Support Service

Job Information

Northumberland Council is committed to improving our services for disabled children and their families. As a part of this we are developing a new Home Support Service which will support children and families at home with domiciliary care as well as helping to provide more social opportunities for disabled children through one-to-one outings and social groups.

The service will consist of a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, 2 Senior Resource Workers and 8 Resource Workers. The service will be registered with the Care Quality Commission.

We have recruited a Team Manager and a Deputy Team Manager and are now looking to recruit for the rest of the Team. We are seeking motivated workers who share our passion for improving the lives of disabled children in Northumberland.
