There is exciting opportunity to join Northumberland as the Senior Manager for Quality Assurance. Our Quality of Practice Framework is a key approach to understanding our current practice and drives our continuous improvement. This is well established within Children’s Social Care and is effective at helping our specialist service areas understand their good practice and where they want to do even better. We have extended this oversight and expertise into SEND and develop that service and wider partnership Quality of Practice Framework.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager that is Social Work qualified and registered with Social Work England. You must have a minimum of three-year Team Manager experience, with a good understanding of regulations, policies and inspection frameworks. The ideal candidate is someone committed to improving outcomes for children, supporting people to ensure that they can provide what children need, and have an unresolving passion to be ambitious and aspirational for children and young people.
You will join a committed and well-established senior management team reporting to the Head of Service.
