REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
As a Senior Complaint Coordinator, you will play a vital role in transforming our complaints handling processes by collaborating with internal services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Tackling complex issues and engaging with stakeholders to develop impactful solutions.
- Managing complaints, including those that escalate to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
- Reviewing responses for completeness with attention to detail and seeking clarification when needed.
- Navigating an unpredictable workload with determination to meet response deadlines.
