ROLE OF THE JOB
Your role will ensure all vehicle and associated paperwork are maintained in compliance with Operator’s Licence and all other statutory and transport related requirements. Maintain up to date records for all legislation, guidance and new systems/procedures, ensuring this information is linked to the vehicle database and accessible to all relevant staff. You will also be responsible for the management of driver licence checking and monthly taxation of vehicles.
You will act as first point of contact for customers and departments who use our services and liaise daily with the workshop teams and fleet managers.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Administration
- Proficient in using IT work processing, database and spreadsheet packages
- Knowledge of vehicle types and equipment
- We are looking for someone who is adaptable and quick to pick up and learn new tasks. A fleet or transport background would be beneficial but not essential if you have experience of working in an environment governed by clear processes and procedures.
