Personal Assistant to the Director of Corporate Governance and Law

The role
You will be responsible for providing high quality administration and secretarial support which includes co-ordination of meetings, booking venues, preparation of agendas and supporting papers, diary management, handling telephone calls and taking minutes.

Who are we looking for?
A proactive individual with experience at working to Director level, excellent organisational skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and with excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail is a must.
This is a full time position, working 37 hours from Monday to Friday on a flexible basis. The role is predominantly office based and the successful applicant would be based at County Hall in Morpeth.
The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
