The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Residential and Family Placement Admin Team for a Band 3 Admin Assistant. This is a full-time position, fixed term until 31 December 2025.
The successful applicant will have relevant admin experience in a similar role and have excellent numeracy and literacy skills. The role will be varied, require a high degree of accuracy and involve working to deadlines.
You will work as part of a team to support the Service which will involve using and updating management information systems, handling petty cash and completing petty cash returns, minuting meetings, collating information, data entry, ordering and much more – please refer to the job description for further details.
You need to be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
