It is important that our children are supported by adults with a range of professional and personal experiences, ensuring they have access to positive roles models who can offer a range of skills and values to support our children to achieve their best possible outcomes in life.
We encourage applications from people with experience in a similar discipline, but this is not essential as we appreciate that there are adults that hold transferrable skills and values that meet the requirements of a suitable candidate but have never had the privilege of working directly with children and young people.
