Network Management Support Officer

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role serves as the data lead within the Parking Services management team, with additional responsibilities supporting the wider Environment and Transport directorate as needed.

The post holder will take ownership of data collation, analysis, and presentation to support informed decision-making and highlight opportunities for service improvement.

Additionally, they will lead service improvement initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring effective design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of service-specific projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • You must be confident in navigating challenging situations and capable of managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • You must hold a relevant degree or equivalent level of education
  • Possess a full valid UK driving licence.
