We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Admin & Finance Team. The successful applicant will have 2+ years’ experience in a busy office environment, demonstrate knowledge and skills, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.


You will also need to demonstrate financial knowledge and experience, maintaining and operating within financial spreadsheets and be good with figures. Also, experience in arranging meetings, taking and typing up minutes, completing Petty Cash Returns, knowledge of prepaid debit cards, some performance work, diary / calendar arrangements, using management information systems, and monitoring shared mailboxes. The role will be very varied, fast paced and requires a high degree of accuracy.


You will need to be enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude; enjoy supporting those around you; be a real team player and be committed to supporting our frontline staff who strive to give our young people the support and care they deserve for the brightest future they can have.
