Family Hub Coordinator – North Locality
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit three Family Hub Coordinators to support families across the North locality.
We have two full time posts one working in Berwick and the surrounding areas and one working in Hadston and the surrounding areas.
We also have one 18.5 hour post, working in Berwick and Wooler.
Family Hubs work with children aged 0–19 (up to 25 with SEND) and their families, providing Early Help to ensure children get the best start in life.
You will deliver high-quality play experiences within hubs, in the community and outreach settings and with partners, and provide direct individual and group support to children, young people and parents/carers in a variety of settings. The role includes offering non-clinical support to new and expectant parents, including help with routines, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing and reducing social isolation.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with families, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people and their families.
