Family Hub Coordinator – West Locality, 2 posts (1 full-time, 37 hours, and 1 part-time, 29.6 hours) 


An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a full-time Family Hub Coordinator to support families across the West locality. 


Family Hubs work with children aged 0–19 (up to 25 with SEND) and their families, providing Early Help to ensure children get the best start in life. 


You will deliver high-quality play experiences within hubs, in the community and outreach settings and with partners, and provide direct individual and group support to children, young people and parents/carers in a variety of settings. The role includes offering non-clinical support to new and expectant parents, including help with routines, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing and reducing social isolation. 


We are looking for someone with experience of working with families, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people and their families.
