Two vacancies – Primary Teacher and English Teacher 0.4 fte
Start date: 5th September
We have a rare opportunity for two enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate teachers to join our ESLAC, Education Support for looked after children team at Northumberland Virtual School as a Primary Teacher and an English Teacher, initially on a 12 month fixed term 0.4 FTE contract
We want to hear from individuals who are passionate about wanting to make a difference to the educational outcomes for cared for and previously cared for children.
Both teachers will have QTS, the roles will involve providing 1:1 or small group teaching in schools, community venues, residential children's homes and virtually as and when needed. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons to pupils that may have experienced ACES and disruption to learning.
