Job Information
You will work with key partners, including Providers, Care Management, Safeguarding, Care Quality Commission, Health Commissioners and Healthwatch, to promote good quality service provision and ensure quality compliance. The ability to build effective working relationships quickly is essential to this role.
You will have experience in the field of contracting, contract monitoring and/or service review, a working knowledge of safeguarding and be able to gather, analyse and present complex data and information from a range of sources to a varied audience. You will have an ability to prioritise your own work, taking into account both team and organisational requirements, and be able to negotiate and resolve complex problems. In addition, the ability to manage change well is a necessity.
It would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel/Word), and Swift.
This is an extremely supportive, collaborative team where effective communication is essential, commitment to providing a quality service is expected and new ideas for improvements are welcomed. This role is fixed term (until March 2025), full time (37 hours) and Band 7 Salary £33,024 - £36,648.
