An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School Organisation and Resources Team for a highly motivated individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
The post holder will provide advice, information and support to parents/carers of children who are finding it difficult to access education in Northumberland. There is a particular focus on children with Special Educational Needs (EHCP's) to ensure that parents/carers have all the necessary information to make informed decisions when moving through the phases of education.
Experience and understanding of the challenges faced by children with SEND and their families is an essential requirement for this post.
