Northumberland Adolescent Service, Accommodation Team, Supported Lodgings Assessor
We are seeking a suitable individual to join the service for the above post, you will be part of the development and implementation of a Supported Lodgings Service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative person with good assessment and report writing skills. Involvement in the promotion of the service and recruitment of suitable hosts, who are able to offer space with their home for young adolescent people aged 16+ is key to the role Key responsibilities
· To promote and recruit supported lodgings hosts
· To complete assessment and present reports to panel
· To provide supervision and guidance to supported lodgings providers
· Deliver training for providers ensuring consistency in service delivery
· To work flexibly to meet the needs of the providers being recruited
Skills and experience:
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Planning and organisation
· Partnership working
Short Listing – Date: 2nd October
1-hour virtual Presentation – Date: 10th October
