Northumberland Adolescent Service is a multi-disciplinary service committed to placing children and young people at the heart of all we do and aim to provide a quality service that provides positive outcomes.  The service is county wide and supports young people who are cared for, care leavers, 16+ who are homeless as well as those young people are open to the criminal justice system, on the cusp of offending or have substance misuse needs.

Band 6 Accommodation Support Worker: 

Are interested in supporting young people to develop the skills they need to live independently.  Are you a creative individual who can provide support to young people living both within semi-independent and independent accommodation, progressing referrals, progressing plans to achieve positive outcomes. 

 

Band 6 Turnaround Support Worker – Youth Justice Service: 

Turnaround is an exciting new programme that forms part of Northumberland Youth Justice Service, offering support to families and young people aged 10-17 years old who have come to the attention of Police or Anti-Social Behaviour Teams.  

You will hold a caseload of young people to complete assessment and deliver interventions and support.
