Children’s Safeguarding Unit 
Administrative Assistant Level 4 
Band 4 
1 x 30 hours fixed term until March 2025

 
An Administrative Assistant is required to assist the Safeguarding Admin Manager in maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service supporting Safeguarding and Cared For Children’s Services within the Children’s Safeguarding Unit. 
The successful candidate must be educated to OCR or RSA II (or equivalent) Typing / Text Word Processing and, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a business related discipline, and have a good general education. Experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures is also essential. 
The role entails minute taking at Child Protection Conferences and Cared for Children Reviews and a range of administrative tasks.
