We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our small team on a permanent part-time basis (2 days per week).  The Northumberland Family Services administration team support the Family Time (Contact) Service. The Family Time Contact Officers supervise family time/contact sessions for children and families from across the whole county and we provide administrative support to support this service. This includes an efficient and effective front-line service for all visitors to our venues via Reception and receiving and making telephone calls along with all aspects of administration required to enable the service to function effectively.  The role will be very varied, fast paced and requires a high degree of accuracy.  For further details about the role please see the Job Description and Person Specification.

We would like an experienced administrator who has worked in an office environment, someone who can demonstrate knowledge and skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.

You will need to be enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude; enjoy supporting those around you; be a real team player and be committed to supporting our frontline staff who strive to give our young people the support and care they deserve for the brightest future they can have.

The main office base is in Ashington, Northumberland, however staff will occasionally work across the County to meet service requirements. We are recruiting a permanent part-time (2 days) Administration Assistant.
