About the role:
The Workforce Information Analyst will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive information analysis and collation service for various services within the Council. The role will ensure that all data relating to the workforce of the council is processed and reported to a high quality with responsibility for the provision of regular reports and performance data relating to the workforce across the Council. Not too familiar with Human Resources and workforce data? We still welcome applications from those who have good technical skills with data.
The role is a three-year fixed term contract.
You’ll work within the Business Intelligence team which is part the Digital and IT service and will work closely with our Human Resources / Organisational Development service. You will support the adaption, design and development of key workforce dashboards using engaging visualisations. You will develop effective evidence-based strategies to support Performance Management, Performance Improvement, Transformation and Policy Making, as well as automating data processes to ensure frontline services and managers across the organisation have access to workforce data and dashboards to support service delivery.
Hybrid working between home and County Hall office in Morpeth is available, working from the office when required, based on meetings and in-person events scheduled.

You’re able to demonstrate your passion for data and understand key components of data, business intelligence, governance, insight and data analytics that will support service delivery drive actionable insight.
You are comfortable working with a team and individually to solve challenges. The work will improve how we work with workforce data.
