There are opportunities for a dedicated MASH manager and Team Manager to join Northumberland First Contact and MASH Assessment Team. The team undertake assessments including child protection enquiries and those at immediate risk and assess those children in need to identify the best support for families and children.

You will contribute to the work of the MASH. You will be able to build on the effective and strong multi-agency partnerships that place children at the forefront of social work support. We are looking for managers to provide effective leadership and role model good practice that offers guidance and support to the social work team in working with children and families in need and in crisis.

You should hold a relevant Social Work qualification such as the Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW or CSS and be registered with the SWE.
