Site and Team Administrator – Exams

Are you an experienced exams administrator who enjoys making sure every detail is right? We’re looking for an organised, proactive colleague to join Northumberland Skills and help learners have the best possible experience, from enrolment through to their exams and results.

You’ll work closely with our Exams Officer and teaching teams to support exam entries, prepare venues and invigilation arrangements, maintain accurate records and ensure exam papers and completed work are handled securely. We’re particularly keen to hear from applicants who have experience administering exams in a school, college or other educational setting and understand the importance of deadlines, accuracy and confidentiality.

This is a varied site and team administration role. You’ll also welcome and support learners, help coordinate enrolment and course information, monitor attendance, and keep day-to-day activity at our Blyth site running smoothly.

You’ll bring substantial administration experience, strong IT and communication skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities. Above all, you’ll care about doing the job well because you know that good administration helps learners succeed.

If you’re ready to bring your exams experience to a team that makes a real difference across Northumberland, we’d love to hear from you.
