Schools Library Supervisor

18.5 hpw | Fixed Term until end of December

We’re looking for a Library Supervisor to help deliver our Schools Library Service, supporting schools across Northumberland to inspire reading and learning.

You’ll be key member of a small, friendly team, keep things running smoothly day to day, and work closely with schools to provide an excellent, customer‑focused service. No two days are the same – you could be organising stock, managing financial reporting, visiting schools or helping shape the future of the service.

If you’re organised, service‑focused and enjoy working with people (and books!), we’d love to hear from you.

You will have:

A Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant subject area (e.g. education support, library services, business administration) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Evidence of continuous professional development relevant to library services, education support, customer services, or service management.
