ROLE OF THE JOB
The candidate will be completing full property inspections looking for causes of damp. They will have to advise on works required to rectify the damp.
The department has been set up respond to damp and disrepair claims and address these within Awaabs Law.
We are looking for a self motivated individual who can work well with our customers.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Will be required to have or is willing to work towards PCA QT and HHSRS qualification.
- Valid UK driving license
- Should be able to work in confined spaces and be able to use power tools to drill cavity walls to inspect.
- Have a sound understanding of construction
