We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our Admin & Finance Team. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment, demonstrate knowledge and skills, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
You will also need to demonstrate financial knowledge and experience of monitoring budgets, both Corporate and external, management of expenditure and transactions in line with financial procedures, manage income and ensure accurate coding to correct budgets, reconciling prepaid debit cards, petty cash returns, while maintaining and operating financial spreadsheets.
In addition, you will have experience of arranging meetings, taking and typing up minutes, use of management information systems, and monitoring shared mailboxes. The tasks are not limited to those described and it will be very varied, fast paced and requires a high degree of accuracy.
