The Service

The Strategic Estates Team is at the forefront of ensuring the Council has a fit for purpose property portfolio that meets the needs of the services it provides. We also work to deliver exciting regeneration projects across the County. 

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual to join us to undertake a range of interesting and challenging work. This will involve providing a wide-ranging professional property management service for the acquisition, disposal and day to day management of commercial and residential property.

Support will be given to achieving Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors through the Assessment of Professional Competence.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and enthusiastic team of professionals based within a friendly working environment at County Hall in Morpeth.


REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

 

  • You must be educated to degree level or equivalent qualification in real estate or property management.
  • This post involves travel throughout the County therefore you must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
