Working with Jo, Sue and their brilliant team, we are looking to recruit a new fulltime Family Hub Practitioner to plan high quality play and learning activities and create innovate ways to meet the needs of children young people and families in our Family Hubs and on an outreach basis.

Successful applicants will be part of a service which is rapidly developing to support children, young people and their families aged 0-19 and up to 25 years for SEND.
Salary is £22369 - £24045 per annum and the main base is Prudhoe Family Hub, with outreach delivery across the West locality.
As you would expect, we are looking for self-motivated and responsible applicants, with good communication skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team but are equally as happy when you use your own initiative and work independently to manage your commitments.
A level 3 Childcare qualification is essential, as is a good depth of understanding and knowledge of child development and experience of building positive relationships with parents and carers is a must.
