Job Information

Due to staff progression, an exciting opportunity have arisen in our Cubs & Kits Daycare Nursery and Pre-School for us to recruit 37 hours per week Early Years Worker post, based at our Berwick Family Hub. 


This is a fixed term post. Although it is a advertised as full time, we would be willing to accept applications from candidates looking for 18.5 hours. 

 

We are looking for individuals who have good communication skills, are self-motivated, reliable and enjoy working as part of a busy team.  You will have had experience of working with babies/children 6months – 4 years old, in an Early Years setting, hold a minimum level 3 Early Years qualification, have a sound understanding of child development and the needs of young children along with a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and Practice.  You will also be competent completing children’s assessments and working and communicating with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
