ROLE OF THE JOB 

 

Please note: Successful applicants must be available for interview week commencing 14th July. These posts will commence in September 2025. 

 

This apprenticeship will last for a duration of 24 months. The training is delivered by Baltic and all training will be delivered virtually. 

 

What the candidate will be doing on a day-to-day basis 


As our apprentice, you’ll support the marketing team in delivering engaging campaigns across a variety of platforms. You’ll learn how to: 

  • Create content for social media, email newsletters, and websites
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Assist with events, promotions, and community outreach
  • Use tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote our training and education services

Type of person we are looking for 

  • A keen interest in marketing, media, or communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent

Salary 

National Apprenticeship Framework  

 

Contract Type 

Fixed Term for duration of apprenticeship training, plus 6 months for End Point Assessment.

Maths and English GCSE (or Equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above
