Job Information

Community Occupational Therapist –  Fixed Term until January 2025,  Full time 37 hours, based in the Central/North ateitherEddie Ferguson House, Blythor Alnwick Fire Station.

 

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, newly qualified or experienced, who wants to start or progress their careers in a highly rewarding area of work where they can make a real difference to the lives of residents/clients.  
 
Someone who likes variety in their working day and working life who is keen to develop their Occupational Therapy skills through involvement with a wide range of clients with wide ranging health and social care needs.  
 
We have one  fixed term, full time vacancy available in Central/North area, based at eitherEddie Ferguson House, Blyth orAlnwick Fire Station. The position is NCC Salary Band7or 8, depending on experience. 

Band 7 salary: £33,024 - £36,648

Band 8 salary: £37,336 - £41,418

This is the equivalent to NHS Band 5&6

  • We are building working links with the local Primary Care Networks to improve service to residents.We have close working links with all the residential care homes within Northumberland through a programme of regular reviews.
