Your contributions will enhance our complaint-handling processes and elevate the overall customer experience.


ROLE OF THE JOB

As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be vital in driving meaningful change, streamlining operations, and making a real impact. If you’re ready to embark on this exciting journey with us, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will: 

  • Handle formal complaints in line with statutory legislation and Council policy. - Respond to Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information Requests. 
  • Respond to complaints and feedback on a wide range of issues.
  • Provide public-facing support via phone, email, and in person. - Advise internal colleagues on statutory processes. 
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing. 
  • Maintain accurate information systems while ensuring confidentiality.
