- Full Time, 35 Hours
- NCC Band 4 salary - £24,201 - £25,795
- To support service users with their physical, personal and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential.
- Preparation and serving of meals / drinks
- Administer medication (appropriate training given)
- Communicating with service users and colleagues report writing and sharing of information
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/ reviewed
- Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings.
- NVQ/QCF level 2 good level of education
- Experience of working with adults who have complex needs
- Desirable - full driving license
