Join Our Team – Café and Information Assistant
Northumberland County Council’s Staff Bank is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Café and Information Assistants at the Tyne Riverside Country Park. This is a temporary, ad-hoc role.
Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve refreshments in the café
Provide excellent customer service and visitor information
Handle cash and maintain stock levels
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
Support the operation of the Visitor Centre

The Staff Bank is managed by the Temporary Staffing Team, who you can contact via temporarystaffing@northumberland.gov.uk. You will be subject to Northumberland County Council's pre-employment checking process which includes a minimum of 2 references covering the past 3 years, health clearance and proof of right to work in the UK and depending on the assignment you may be required to undertake a DBS check.
