ROLE OF THE JOB
- Repair and Maintain Northumberland County Council Housing stock
- Working as an individual and part of a team in the repairs & maintenance section
- To be customer focused and deliver a high standard of work
- Have a can-do attitude enthusiastically in the role and able to make onsite decisions
- Location is based in Alnwick
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Level 3 bricklaying, Equivalent Qualification, Time served
- Able to maintain brickwork and stone buildings access works
Muti skilled person who has experience and knowledge in other trades ie concreting, tiling, plastering minor roof works fencing would be desirable.
Able to work in all areas of Northumberland
- Valid UK driving license
- Be able to multi task and assist with other trades
- Be able to use IT systems
