Assistant OD and Culture Adviser 
3-year Fixed Term/ Secondment Opportunity until 30th June 2027 

We are seeking a well organised, enthusiastic individual to join the Leadership and Culture Team within People and Culture. Our team is made-up of a friendly, exciting, and dynamic team of Learning and Organisational Development, HR and Aquisition professionals. 

Working with multiple stakeholders across many services and Council sites, this is a fast-paced position, where you will be required to work across the Council providing advice and support to managers and staff on aspects of learning and organisational development whilst also playing a key role in the coordination, analysis, outputs, and actions arising from data obtained from staff insight.  

The Assistant OD and Culture Adviser is a Band 5 (£26,421- £28,770), 3-year, secondment Opportunity until 30th June 2027, or a fixed term opportunity to cover the substantive post holder’s secondment.  Working full-time (37 hours a week), you will be based in County Hall, with great flexibility to work from home with the added benefit of flexi time.

  • Experience of designing, delivering, evaluating, and presenting of colleague data and insight to a wide audience  
  • An engaging delivery and facilitation style  
  • Great organisational and planning skills  
  • Excellent team working skills
