Accommodation Support Worker  
Are you an experienced and dynamic practitioner who has experience of working with young people on a 1:1 basis and wants to work in a service that is rated Good by Ofsted? 
Then the accommodation service within Northumberland Adolescent Service would like to hear from you, as an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring young people are supported to achieve their goals and transition into suitable and appropriate accommodation. 
You will work collaboratively with other services and young people to complete assessments, tenancy outcome stars and contribute to pathway plans that are reflective of their goals and aspirations, as well as providing support 1:1 to young people in NAS supported tenancies. 
You will hold an NVQ level 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification. You will have direct work experience of supporting children and young people with a range of issues including housing, health, education, training, employment, finances, emotional well-being and skills for independence. 
In return, you will be part of a creative, enthusiastic and dynamic service that is co-located with our adolescent service which includes 14+ Team, Youth Justice Service, SORTED Substance Misuse Service.  As a Service, we will provide you with excellent support and supervision together with genuine opportunities for personal development.
