Administrative Assistant - Short Term Support Service West team 

We are seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our Short-Term Support Service based in West Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity for skills to be developed and nurtured in a community setting. You will use your administrative skills and join a friendly team based at Dene Park House in Hexham. 

The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive admin service including: 

  • Dealing with client referrals into the service
  • Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
  • Using Swift and other bespoke IT systems
  • Other administrative duties for example, answering the telephones, filing, photocopying, adding, and creating client files. 

We require a good team player who is enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable with a high level of communication skills (both written and verbal).  

This position is full time, 37 hours, and fixed term until 30/09/2025.
