Band 3 Administrative Assistant - Short Term Support Service South East Team
 
We are seeking to recruit an Admin Assistant to join our Short Term Support Service based in South East Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity for skills to be developed and nurtured in a community setting. You will use your administrative skills and join friendly teams based at The Harbour Suite at Blyth Community Hospital. 

The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive admin service including:

  • Dealing with client referrals into the service
  • Maintaining databases
  • Using Swift and other bespoke systems
  • Other admin duties such as answering the telephones, filing, photocopying, adding and creating client files. 
We require a good team player who is enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable with a high level of communication skills (both written and verbal). If this is you, we want to hear from you! 

This position is full time, 37 hours and fixed term for 12 months.
