Administration Assistant (part-time 24 hours) - Early Help Locality Southeast Family HUB Team (Blyth Central and Blyth West Family HUB) 
 
Do you want to join an enthusiastic and motivated Blyth Family HUB’s administration team?  We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our administration team on a Fixed term (Sept 25) part-time basis.

A Family Hub is a place where children, young people and their families can go when in need of help and support. The Family Hub will work in partnership with families and other services in the community. Family Hubs offer services which are universal and targeted for 0–19-year-olds (and 25 for young people with SEND). The delivery of the services is based within the Family HUB and virtual model to provide a network of co-located, connected, virtual and digital services to support families through various interventions and programmes.

This role of Administration Assistant at Blyth Family Hub’s in the Southeast locality is an important role in ensuring we are engaged with the families in our communities.  This includes an efficient and effective front-line service for all visitors to our Family Hub via Reception and receiving telephone calls along with all aspects of administration required to enable the Family HUB to function effectively.  The role will be very varied, fast paced and requires a high degree of accuracy.   
 
We would like an experienced Administration Assistant who has worked in an office environment, someone who can demonstrate knowledge and skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software. As we use social media to promote our services it would be great to have experience in using a range of social media platforms.  
 
You will need to be enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and enjoy supporting those around you, be a real team player and be committed to supporting our frontline staff who strive to give our children and young people the support they deserve for the brightest future they can have. 
 
The main office base is in Blyth Central and Blyth West Family HUB’s, however staff will sometimes be required to cover other Family Hubs in Northumberland and may need to support other localities across the County to meet service requirements.
