Job Information
- Organize, prepare for, and attend meetings and case conferences, taking appropriate minutes and undertaking any necessary follow up actions in the form of documentation/reports e.g. Safeguarding minutes, action plans etc. These would usually be meetings concerning an adult at risk and involve input from organisations with distressing and emotional content.
- Ensure the main database for service user information (SWIFT) is accurate, completing documentation (both paper and computer based) which is detailed and specific in order to maintain accurate records and financial budget information.
- Undertake computer input providing updated information about service users as appropriate e.g. updating SWIFT contact notes. Assisting wtih the development of new processes/systems to improve service delivery.
- Propose administrative changes to enhance the work flow for the team.
- Take part in working groups relevant to the area of work.
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the role as well as adhering to GDPR and Data Protection Act.

Essential Criteria:
RSA IIl Typing / NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification (5 GCSE’s)
Someone who can be flexible with their weekly working pattern – a fixed shift pattern will be agreed upon hiring e.g. Mon-Wed 8.30-5pm, however it is highly desirable for the successful candidate to be able to swap their working days as/when able to, in order to meet the needs of the busy service.
We can be flexible with the days worked as long as the full weekly hours are met.
It is highly desirable you are a car driver.
Secondments can be considered for internal staff, as long as approval is sought from their line manager prior to applying.
- You must have the ability to work outside normal working hours if the role requires to do so in future – we currently have no requirement to work evenings/weekdays.
