ROLE OF THE JOB
Northumberland County Council's Countryside and Green Spaces Team are looking to recruit an Area Countryside Officer to deal with issues relating to Public Rights of Way and public access in central Northumberland.
This position is fixed term, ending 31st March 2026; working from home arrangements and flexible hours apply.
Interviews will be held on Monday 25th November 2024
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Applicants should have experience in the management of Public Rights of Way and access land
- Excellent map reading skills
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weathers
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people.
- Access to your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement available.
